Memento Mori Gemstone Coffin Rings

Memento Mori literally means "remember you must die" and is the term  used to refer to mourning art which includes jewellery. Sugar skulls, popularized by Cinco de Mayo celebrations, are a popular example. Evidence has been found as far back as Neolithic times. It isn't a morbid concept but rather a reminder that we all die, regardless of our social status, so make the best of your life. Coffin rings have become popular in recent years and adopted by various belief systems as symbolic.
